Come visit Little Miss Bling Bling at the Pasadena Showcase House of Design one of the oldest, largest, and most successful Showcase Houses in the country. Each year a magnificent estate in the Pasadena area is selected as the Pasadena Showcase House of Design.  The property is completely renovated by leading interior and exterior designers who utilize the latest concepts in design, new products, and technology.

An essential element of the Showcase experience is visiting The Shops at Showcase.  The vendors are carefully selected to provide Showcase visitors with a large variety of merchandise and price points. Quite literally, there is something for everyone. The Shops often include charming linens, unique designer jewelry, delectable products for the gourmet, clothing and accessories that range from edgy to old-fashioned, lovely gift items, an assortment of house wares from the practical to the luxurious, and a myriad of other delights. Many visitors use this opportunity to shop for holidays, birthdays, and other celebrations.  They appreciate that 25% is tax deductible as a charitable contribution.  Guests may revisit the Shops at Showcase any time that the Showcase House is open to the public without a ticket.

The 2011 Pasadena House of Design will be open from April 17th to May 15th -
Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am – 9:00pm
Showcase is closed on Mondays

Come visit Little Miss Bling Bling at the Philharmonic Society of Orange County’s 2011 Philharmonic House of Design, Maison de la Mer, benefiting The Philharmonic Society Youth Music Education Programs and sponsored by CALIFORNIA HOMES magazine and opens March l, 2011.

Located in Newport Coast, this 10,820 square foot French inspired estate overlooks Newport Harbor and the beaches below. Reminiscent of an historic Provencal mansion, but with modern amenities, the home has a sweeping three story floating staircase, six bedrooms, including a separate guest casita, seven bathrooms, three powder rooms, a theatre, a chilled wine cellar with separate tasting room, pool, a 3,200 square foot subterranean ten car garage and more. Built by Haigh Builders, Inc. and designed by the architectural firm of C.R. Carney Architects, Inc., the home will be transformed by interior designers from Orange County and Los Angeles and will open to the public from March 1st through March 27th.

The Design House is CLOSED ON MONDAYS.

Sunday, May 16th  was the final day for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design .  For those of you who came by to see me, I sincerely appreciate your support and I look forward to seeing you at my next show- the Fiesta Hermosa Street Fair on Memorial Day Weekend. Great art, great food, great music, and many fun events for kids!!!- Open  Saturday, Sunday, and Monday- May 29, 30 & 31. I will post my booth # soon!

The Pasadena Showcase House of Design is now one of the largest, most successful and oldest house and garden tours in the United States.  PSHA’s tradition of volunteerism has continued to make the Pasadena Showcase House such a tremendous success.  The 2010 Pasadena Showcase House of Design will be our 46th Showcase House.
